The Next Step: College

Actually, I should have publish this last two weeks, but now a day, since starting college, I don’t have much free time anymore, unlike during my secondary year. I don’t even have enough time to sleep or read story book. Although the number of subjects teach in college in less than the secondary, but the college text books are like so damn thick. Combine together, the college’s text books (huge mountain) will make the secondary’s text book look like a tiny ant hill. And to those who think that their secondary school life is like hell, wait until you go college, then you tell me what is hell really mean.

During the orientation day (3 weeks ago), all the seniors keep telling us that we should enjoy the college life because it will bring a sweet memory to us. And I almost believe them. Almost. So, after two weeks studying in the college, I have make a conclusion: There is nothing fun about going to college. There is not so much difference with the secondary year except that now we could bring handphone or anything ‘barang rampasan’ to the campus and also wear casual clothes. That’s the only cool thing. I guess the seniors said so because they get commission for every human they are able to persuade to join the campus.

The cost of living also increase like the sky is the limit. Everyday, the pocket money flow like water, down into the drain. Don’t believe? Well, I have construct the table to show the comparison of the money used in secondary school and college. These are just a roughly estimate for the first week, might have some tiny mistakes.

Secondary year

Money spent on…

RM30

Exercise books

Now you can see how much difference the money spent during the 1st week.

During the 1st day at the campus, I feel weird and a bit lonely because I was surrounded by so many unknown faces. So, I have to go back to basic and start the friends making process again. Though I had met some new and interesting friends, there is nothing better than looking at the face that I am familiar with. So, when during my Computer Studies lecture which is on Tuesday (13.01.2009), I suddenly saw Daniel’s face among the crowd. Although I had already know that sooner or later he will apply to UTAR, it give me a lot of joy to see his face especially his teeth (they are huge). At last, someone I really know is around the campus. Then, last Thursday (22.01.2009), another familiar face joined in the campus. It was Kelvin Low. When I met him that day and shake his hand, he looked kinda weak. I guess he still recovering from his flu.

Unfortunately, both Daniel and Kelvin are in different class than mine. Sigh. Still waiting to see who else are going to join in the campus. Prefer the ex 3 Dynamic from the Cochrane school.

BoA’s Tears

I was surfing the web site when I found a page with pictures of BoA crying. For those who don’t know, she is a hot Korean singer with huge talents. I’m a fan of her, so seeing her in tears really hurts my heart. I’m a kind of person who can’t see girls cry, especially the cute one (obviously BoA).

01

She is crying while singing. Must be that song brings lots of sweet and bitter memories to her.

02

Her manager pass away. Do Rest In Peace.

03

04

She was scolded by her manager for bringing water close to the expensive studio equipment. Damn the stupid manager. How dare he scold her like that. Curse him.

She still look pretty even though she’s crying.
