The unique thing about this run is that there are flying drones set out to catch us. Everyone of us will be wearing barcode, unique for every individual, on the front and back of our shirt. The objective of the run is basically to avoid from having your barcode captured by the drones’s camera and everyone will have 3 lives. To those who are able to make it to the top 100 with at least 1 live remaining, will win a special prize.
I was pretty excited to join this run because come on, how often will you get to compete against the machine. Unfortunately, the number of drones is just too little throughout the whole route. I was hoping there’s more of them chasing us around but all they do is just to stick at one spot and tried to capture anyone that passes by. But still, the organizer had done a great job in doing this kind of run. There’s even firework before the run started, just brighten up the mood.
One thing that I really like about this run is that we’re running at Putrajaya at night, which is really beautiful and cooling. I’ll be going again if there’s another run at same place and time. =D
