It’s sad to know that today is the last day for both of them. Gonna miss their presence in the office. Each of them started their training one week after each other and because of that, they also leave almost at the same time as well. This week, we said goodbye to two of them and few more weeks later, we will say goodbye to the last female intern in our company.
Magdeline: The first time I asked her a simple IQ question to break the ice, and that’s the moment she started saying that I talked crap. Gotta give her a thumb up for her honesty, lol. So basically that’s how our conversation normally goes; me talking and her saying I talked crap. As time passes by, she become more daring in ‘attacking’ and I think it is because our group become a bad influence for her. Well, good job. At least you learned an important skill during your training =D
Melissa: I mentioned about her once in my previous post, the one that is a same ‘kind’ as me. Even though she said that she can’t speak chinese, I suspect that she might know a bit more and just being modest about it. And throughout her training period, as we talked during our free time, I found out that we shared another common thing. Both of us picked civil engineering not because of passion, but just merely to choose a safe option without wasting extra time. I told her that I actually prefer biology and she replied that she have interest in biomedical. She didn’t choose that field because according to her self research, it’s hard to get a job in that field. And both of our dads are civil engineers as well, which also kinda play a little role on why we chose this field.
Siaw Wee: She still has a few more weeks to go, but since she’s already dress for the occasion, why waste the effort right? I’ll save her part for next time, when she finish her training.
Damn, time passed so fast… Good luck to the two of you. Study hard, don’t study smart XD
