Make Your Move

 

Been waiting for so long for this movie to be released in Malaysia. I have seen the trailer and advertisement online many months ago and began wondering whether will it be release here. And hell yeah, it did and I got to watch it today!! Gosh, to be able to see your lovely idol in the big screen, it’s like being on ecstasy. Just seeing her name on the movie poster already made me feel so proud of her. Her first scene in the movie, playing the drum, simply stunning. Her dancing skills? Flawless. I don’t normally pay to watch a dancing movie but this definitely an exception.

Well done BoA, the Queen of KPOP!!!

Suits

Just finished watching the second season of Suits and man, it was really good! The idea of this show is unique, the characters have great charisma and the storyline will leave you wanting for more. 

The guy on the left is Harvey Specter, the real lawyer. The guy on the right, Mike Ross, is an associate without a law degree.

 

I just going to briefly describe what’s the show about without revealing any major spoilers. Basically, Harvey Specter, the best closure in the city, got promoted to senior partner and one of the requirement of being a senior partner is that he has to hire an associate attorney. So the interview was conducted in a hotel to search for the right candidate for the job and at the same time, Mike Ross was in the hotel to deliver the briefcase filled with drugs and he do that because he needs extra money to pay for his grandma’s nursing home fee. However, after discovering that the drug operation is a trap, Mike quickly escape into the interview room to avoid being captured by the police. And that’s how the great Harvey Specter met the super smart Mike Ross. Although he doesn’t have a law degree, Harvey was impressed by his excellent memory and his desire to be an attorney and in the end, he hire him because he’s the best compared to the other candidates. From there onward, they battle together to win cases, battle against threat to reveal Mike Ross’ secret, against betrayal and ultimately, battle to win control of the law firm.

One of the best thing about this show is their dialog. It’s fast, witty, funny and sarcastic. I actually need subtitles in order to fully understand the meaning in their conversation because of how fast they reply to each other threat and intimidation. And Harvey Specter… the coolest guy ever and this is the guy you don’t want to make a mess with. I guess I enjoy this show a lot because it’s refreshing in terms of storyline. Suits concentrates on the power struggle for a firm whereas most other USA series are about saving the world either from alien invasion, zombies, vampire, secret organization, etc.

 

New Book

Just obtained my final results few days ago. It was terrible and I didn’t expect to get such results. I thought I did better than that. And because of this, my CGPA drops and luckily, it didn’t drop below 3.000. In fact, I got the exact value of 3.000, the boundary point between second class upper and second class lower. I’m so glad that that’s the end of it. I don’t want to take exam anymore and end up with 2.999. Now that it’s over and I officially completed my studies, a new stage in life begins.
