The Monotony of Life

Wow, just realized that my last post was on the month of May.

2 months passed and I didn’t update anything at all. So much spiderweb here.

I guess I’ll have to start to write a little bit of stuff every now and then, so that I’ll have something to flash back next time.

Okay, back to the topic. I was browsing through the FB the other day when I came across a post by a friend.

When I first read that, I was like, “Wait a minute. What did I just read?”

So I reread again, and BANG! The meaning of the quote hit me real hard. I’m not sure whether does Benjamin Franklin really said that but that’s not the main point. That quote can be as accurate as it can be.

When I traveled to work using the public transport and everytime I look at people around me, all I see is adults rushing to work and spend their time looking at their phones while waiting to reach their destination. Each day is always the same stuff; same people doing the same stuff in a different clothing. I admit that I’m guilty of this as well. Guilty of putting so much of my time on my work, and spend too little time to enjoy life while it’s still last.

Since working life cannot be avoided, the only way left is to fully utilize the weekends. Gotta start making plan soon.
